SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Nick Zanin scored twice, and Jack Sward-Dailey stopped 36 shots to lead the Mount Everett hockey team to a 4-2 win over Southwick on Thursday afternoon.

The Eagles scored three straight times in the second period to erase a 2-1 deficit and earn their first win of the season.

Zanin scored an unassisted goal early in the first, but the Rams answered with one late in the first and one early in the second to go ahead.

Carly Duval tied it in midway through the second with assists from Dylan Boomsma and Cam Raifstanger.

Caleb Kollmer then got the winning goal with an assist from Cooper Shepardson just more than a minute later.

Raifstanger set up Zanin’s insurance goal late in the second, providing the final margin.

Mount Everett (1-3) hosts Wahconah on Saturday.
