Hillman Leads Mount Greylock Golfers Past Eagles

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Mount Greylock’s Jacob Hillman finished strong to earn medalist honors and lead the Mounties to a 164-219 win over Mount Everett on Thursday at Wabeeka Golf Links.

 

Hillman birdied the par-3 seventh hole and par-5 eighth hole on his way to a 1-over round of 37.

 

Roderic Rustay (40) and Kai Nafziger (42) each recorded a birdie, and Max Wied rounded out the scoring with a 45 for Mount Greylock (3-0).

 

Gus Gleason and Mason Kemp led the Eagles with rounds of 51 apiece.

 

Mount Everett (0-2) hosts Lenox on Wednesday.

 

Mount Greylock is home on Tuesday against Wahconah.
