Taconic Gets Dual Meet Win over Mount Everett

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Hunter Christman and Jake Hall each earned a pin Wednesday to highlight Taconic’s 48-36 dual meet win over Mount Everett.
 
Christman pinned Ian Lanoue at 145 pounds. At 195, Jake Hall pinned the Eagles’ Blake Turner.
 
The rest of Taconic’s wins came by forfeit as it was able to fill out every weight class.
 
Mount Everett won six of the eight contested bouts.
 
The Eagles dominated the lower weight classes, with pins by Diego Cruz (106), Connor Lupiani (113), Max Manning (120) and Tyler Candelari (126).
 
Omar Cruz (138) and Michael Devoti (152) also earned pins for the Eagles.
 
Taconic hosts its invitational tournament on Saturday.
