Wahconah Volleyball Outlasts Mount Everett in Five Sets

SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Kassidy Krejmas recorded 12 kills and six assists Wednesday to lead the Wahconah volleyball team to a five-set win over Mount Everett.
 
Kaylee O’Bryan had a well-rounded night with eight kills, six assists, six blocks and three aces as Wahconah bounced back from a first-set loss to win, 24-25, 25-16, 25-19, 21-25, 15-6.
 
Faith Wehner had 14 digs and six aces, and Megan Doane had 14 digs for Wahconah.
 
Mount Everett was led by Faith Angell and Ashley Atwood with seven kills apiece.
 
Angell had 10 digs and a pair of blocks, and Atwood had six digs and two blocks.
 
Lizzy Sarnacki had a team-high 16 digs to go with five kills and a pair of aces, and Laynie Mullen had six assists, four aces, three digs and three kills for the Eagles.
 
Wahconah goes to PIttsfield on Friday.
 
Mount Everett is at Lee on Monday.
