Wahconah Boys, Girls Split with Taconic Hills

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Zach Archambault and Jacob Kunzmann each won a pair of races Wednesday to lead the Wahconah boys swimming team to an 86-70 win over Taconic Hills.
 
After helping Wahconah jump out to a lead with a win in the 200-yard medley relay, Archambault took first in the 200 freestyle with a time of 2 minutes, 24.46 seconds.
 
Later, he followed that up with a win in the 100 breaststroke, touching the wall in 1:26.65.
 
Kunzmann joined Archambault on both victorious Wahconah relays, the medley and the 200 free relay.
 
Kunzmann also won as an individual in the 100 free (57.15) and 100 back (1:05.06).
 
The Taconic Hills girls won their virtual meet against Wahconah, 98-52.
 
Sarah Curti and Sarah Kuntzman posted second-place finishes for Wahconah. Curti was the runner-up in the 200 free (2:44.24). Kunzmann was second in the 100 free (1:10.14).
