Mount Greylock Girls, Boys Tennis Beat Lenox

LENOX, Mass. -- Hannah Gilooly earned a three-set win at second singles as the Mount Greylock girls tennis team earned a 4-1 win over Lenox on Monday.
 
Gilooly outlasted Rihana Patel to win, 5-7, 6-0, 7-5.
 
Mia VanDeurzen and Charlotte Sanford took straight-set wins at first and third singles, respectively.
 
In doubles, Mount Greylock got a point from the pair of Ava Simon and Piper Schulman at second doubles.
 
At No. 1 doubles, Lenox’s Emma Butler and Georgia Raser won, 6-4, 7-5.
 
Jacob Fink and Gabe Gerry posted 6-0, 6-0 wins at first and second singles, respectively, to lead the Mount Greylock boys tennis team to a 5-0 win.
 
Nate Verter completed the singles sweep with a 6-3, 6-0 win at No. 3.
 
In doubles play, Mount Greylock got straight-set wins from the tandems of Ryan Nary/Finn Carothers and Troy Michalak/Ryan Keating.
