Monument Mountain Golfers Top Mount Everett

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. – Liam Smith Monday earned medalist honors to lead the Monument Mountain golf team to a 165-179 win over Mount Everett.

 

Smith carded a 40, and Kasen Raifstanger was right behind him at 41 as the Spartans posted their low team score of the season at Wyantenuck Country Club.

 

Finn Vion finished at 41 to lead the Eagles. And all scorers for both teams finished in the 40s on what is the home course for both schools.

 

Monument Mountain is at Wahconah on Friday. Mount Everett goes to Taconic on Friday.
