Pittsfield Golfers Top Lee

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Jason Fields finished at 4-over-par 39 on the front nine at the Country Club of Pittsfield Monday to lead the Generals to a 187-191 win over Lee.

 

Fields edged the Wildcats’ Matt Abderhalden, who finished at 42, for the individual title.

 

In the team scoring, Fields was joined by teammates Sam Gyurjan and Jon Mullen at 47 apiece and Jack Bellefontaine with a 54.

 

Pittsfield (3-1) hosts Monument Mountain on Wednesday.

 

Lee (1-3) is back in Pittsfield on Tuesday to face Taconic at Berkshire Hills Country Club.
