Lenox's Elliot Wins East Longmeadow Invite

EAST LONGMEADOW, Mass. -- Lenox’s Grace Elliot won the 3-mile varsity race at Ted Dutkiewicz Invitational on Saturday.
 
Elliot finished in 18 minutes, 54.87 seconds, more than 10 seconds ahead of runner-up Lauren Long of Lunenburg.
 
Elliot’s Lenox teammate, Alice Culver, placed fourth with a time of 19:59.48 to help Lenox place third out of eight teams.
 
Lunenburg’s girls won the team race with 49 points. Lenox finished with 76 points, 18 behind second-place Northampton.
 
Lenox’s boys also finished third, in their case in a 10-team field.
 
Dennis Love placed fourth to lead the Millionaires with a time of 16:20.93 over the 3-mile course.
 
Riley Cole won the varsity title with a time of 15:24.61.
 
Lenox’s Maxwell Adam (16:48.45) and Harry Touloukian also cracked the top 10.
 
The Millionaires finished with 62 team points. West Springfield won the boys event with 51 points, just ahead of Northampton (53).
