Lenox Volleyball Keeps State Tourney Hopes Alive with Win

LENOX, Mass. -- Kelsey Kirchner had six kills Friday to lead the Lenox volleyball team to a three-set win over Athol.
 
Kirchner also had a pair of blocks in the 25-14, 25-23, 25-13 win.
 
Abby Winger had five kills, four aces and a block. Kelly Nicotra distributed 14 assists and had a kill and an ace for the Millionaires.
 
Lenox finishes the regular season 8-12. It started the weekend on the bubble for a spot in the 32-team Diviion 5 state tournament; the bracket is scheduled to be released on Monday.
