Buda's Hitting, Rylander's Five-Inning No-No Lift Hornets on Road

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Austin Buda went 3-for-4 with a pair of RBIs and stole three bases and Lukas Rylander pitched a five-inning no-hitter Saturday as the McCann Tech baseball team opened the season with a 10-0 win over Springfield International Charter.
 
Zach Howland and Jacob Howland also drove in a pair of runs apiece in a 10-hit McCann Tech attack.
 
Nick Gilman and Zack Howland each stole a pair of bases, as McCann Tech collected 10 steals in the game.
 
Rylander struck out eight and walked four to get the complete-game win on the mound.
 
McCann Tech (1-0) is home on Tuesday at Joe Wolfe Field against Drury.
