McCann Tech Tops Palmer

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – The McCann Tech baseball team Friday drew 14 walks and cashed in on four Palmer errors to earn an 8-5 win at Joe Wolfe Field.

 

Leadoff hitter Hayden Barrett set the tone by talking four times and scoring twice.

 

Jaydon Dimitropolis did damage with his bat, going 2-for-3 with an RBI. Hunter Lancto doubled and scored a run in addition to working two free passes.

 

Zach Howland and Dimitropolis split time on the hill, striking out nine.

 

McCann Tech (2-1) travels to Sheffield on Saturday morning to face Mount Everett.
