Eagles Get Bounceback Win

SHEFFIELD, Mass. – Cameron Coon struck out 11 in seven shutout innings, and the Mount Everett baseball team Tuesday rebounded from its first loss of the season, beating Housatonic Regional of Connecticut, 8-0.
 
Brady Carpenter went 2-for-4 with a home run and a pair of RBIs to lead the Eagles’ offense.
 
Brody Kinna was 2-for-3 with a double for Mount Everett, which took advantage of nine walks and three Housatonic errors to make the most of its five hits.
 
The Eagles (15-1) are at Lee on Thursday.
