Christopher Throws No-Hitter for Taconic

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Quentin Christopher struck out nine batters in throwing a no-hitter for the Taconic baseball team on Tuesday.
 
Christopher walked just one batter in a 7-0 win over East Longmeadow as the Thunder improved to 2-0 this spring.
 
He helped his cause by going 2-for-3 at the plate and scored a pair of runs.
 
Christian Salzarulo and Gavin O’Donnell each doubled in a six-hit attack for Taconic.
 
The Thunder is on the road Friday at Springfield Central.
