Wahconah Downs St. Mary's

DALTON, Mass. – Aiden Arseneau went 2-for-4 with one of three Wahconah home runs in the baseball team’s 14-4 win over St. Mary’s of Westfield on Thursday.

 

Joe Hoffmann and James Rabuse also homered, and Scott Hoffmann doubled in a 12-hit attack for Wahconah.

 

Daniel Hoffmann and Jacob Welch split time on the mound, combining to strike out eight in the six-inning win.

 

“Danny Hoffman and Jake Welch both threw great for us today,” Wahconah coach Collin Parrott said. “Two freshmen coming in and throwing strikes and trusting our defense was huge today.”

 

Wahconah (5-1) hosts Monument Mountain on Saturday afternoon.
