Athol Baseball Edges Lenox

ATHOL, Mass. – Logan Cormier struck out 13, walked none and scattered four hits Friday to lead the Athol baseball team to a 1-0 win over Lenox.

 

Cormier also went 1-for-2 at the plate and scored the game’s only run in the first inning.

 

David Kirchner went 2-for-3, and Robbie Bazinet had a hit for the Millionaires.

 

Lenox (7-5) is at Smith Academy on Tuesday.
