Lenox Baseball Tops Franklin Tech

LENOX, Mass. – Rob Bazinet went 2-for-2 with a double at the plate and threw an inning of scoreless relief Sunday as the Lenox baseball team finished the regular season with an 8-0 win over Franklin Tech.

 

Bazinet struck out one in his one inning in relief of winner Mason Daley, who allowed just two hits over six innings of work.

 

David Kirchner was 2-for-3 with a pair of RBIs, and Jack Hicks doubled in a six-hit effort for Lenox.

 

The Millionaires (12-7) wait to hear who they face in the first round of the Division 5 State Tournament.
