Kirchner Leads Lenox Past Mount Greylock

LENOX, Mass. – David Kirchner Monday went 2-for-3 with a home run and a double to lead the Lenox baseball team to a 12-2 win over Mount Greylock.
 
Kirchner finished with four RBIs in a nine-hit attack for the Millionaires, who ended the game with two runs in the bottom of the fifth inning.
 
Seamus Cooney went 2-for-3 with a double, and Robbie Bazinet doubled and drove in a run in the win.
 
Mason Daley earned the victory on the mound, striking out four and walking none in a complete-game effort.
 
Jesse Thompson doubled, and Cole Creighton and Asher Barrale each drove in a run for Mount Greylock.
 
The Mounties (2-4) go to Joe Wolfe Field to play Drury on Wednesday.
 
Lenox (2-3) is home against Monument Mountain on Thursday.
