Parkinson Leads Lee Boys Lax Past Monument

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Jake Parkinson scored seven goals and set up two more to lead the Lee boys lacrosse team to an 18-5 win over Monument Mountain on Friday.
 
Jordan Leprovost and Cam Abderhalden each had a hat trick, and Connor Parkinson had two goals and two assists for the Wildcats (6-3), who got six saves from James Shinn.
 
Tom Berle had two goals and an assist to lead the Spartans (3-7). John Bianco, Nick Roszkowski and Mike Basile each scored a goal for Monument.
 
Jonah Swotes made 13 saves in the Spartans' goal.
 
Monument travels to face Mount Greylock on Thursday. Lee will be in Williamstown to face the Mounties on Tuesday.
