NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Darian Tovani registered a hat trick, and Keegan Dellaghelfa made 10 saves Friday to lead the McCann Tech boys lacrosse team to a 7-6 win over St. Mary’s.

“Cold day, nice win for us,” McCann Tech coach Paul Lange said. “Credit St. Mary’s for coming back twice and almost tying it up in the fourth quarter.”

The Hornets scored three times in the third quarter to take the lead after going to the break tied, 3-3.

Colby Ghidotti, Devon Griswold, Evan Knapp and Zavier Martin-Levesque each scored a goal in the win.

“Landon Murach, Tadan Bolte, Justin Horn, and Ethyn Lasher played very well defensively,” Lange said.

McCann Tech (2-2) goes to Springfield Central on Monday.
