DALTON, Mass. – Goalie Joe Massaro turned in another strong performance in the back as the Wahconah boys lacrosse team stayed unbeaten with a 21-2 win over Belchertown on Wednesday.

“A strong performance by the defense and our two faceoff players, Noah Poirier and Owen Brenan,” Wahconah coach Joe O’Neill said. “Joe Massaro had an excellent day clearing the ball, providing the offense plenty of opportunities in the transition game.”

Jonah Smith scored five goals. Devin Lampron and Rylan Padelford each finished with seven points.

Wahconah (12-0) goes to Agawam on Friday.
