Mount Greylock Boys Improve to 5-1
NORTHAMPTON, Mass. – The Mount Greylock boys lacrosse team came out on top in a back-and-forth game on Thursday, beating Smith Vocational, 10-6.
“We continued to reap offensive dynamism from Hank Easton, Luke Irwin and Reed Olney and Dow Young, and Braden Villnave,” Mount Greylock coach Daniel Collins said. “This quintet accounted for nine of the 10 goals Greylock tallied in the game.”
Collins credited Finn Noyes, Dai Constantine, Irwin, Easton, Reed, Villnave, Young, and Hunter Wright with grabbing 30 contested ground balls.
Mount Greylock (5-1) goes to Monson on Tuesday.
