Naventi Leads Lenox Boys Lax Past Pittsfield

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Paul Naventi scored six goals Tuesday to lead the Lenox boys lacrosse team to a 15-5 win over Pittsfield.
 
Luke Gamberoni and Finn Lenehan each had a hat trick, and Shaler Larmon finished with two goals and five assists for the Millionaires.
 
Jeffrey Larmon stopped eight shots to earn the win in goal.
 
Brayden Bishop and Ray Lynch each scored a pair of goals for the Generals, who got 16 saves from Hunter Christman.
 
"Although we had some penalties, I'm proud of the poise we showed as a team," PHS coach J. Noah Tullock said. "We identified some opportunities to grow and are looking forward to getting back on track when we host Northampton on Thursday afternoon."
 
Lenox (3-0) hosts Belchertown on Thursday at BCC.
 
Pittsfield (1-1) hosts Northampton on Thursday at Egremont Elementary School.
