Barnes Leads Lee Girls Lax Past St. Mary's

LEE, Mass. -- Ashley Barnes had a hat trick and set up four goals Saturday to lead the Lee girls lacrosse team to a 16-3 win over St. Mary’s.
 
The Wildcats gave up the game’s first goal and dominated the rest of the way, outscoring the Saints, 7-0, in the second half en route to Lee’s fourth win in five days.
 
Lauren Kinne scored four goals, and Kylah Rivest had two goals and two assists.
 
Taryn Paul stopped nine shots to earn the win in goal.
 
Lee (5-7) goes to St. Mary’s on Monday.
