McCann Tech Girls Lax Finishes Strong

LEE, Mass. – McCann Tech’s Aliza Rozon scored late in the fourth quarter to give the Hornets an 8-6 lead, and they held on for an 8-7 win over Lee on Wednesday.

 

Taylor Ziemba led McCann Tech with five goals.

 

Rozon finished with two goals and an assist, and Jordyn Lloyd had a goal and an assist in the season finale for both teams.

 

Emily Raschdorf made nine saves to earn the win in goal for McCann Tech.

 

Ashley Sonsini scored four goals, and Reese Duschesne made five saves for Lee (1-16).

 

The Hornets won four of their last five games to finish the year 4-13.
