Borawski Leads Hoosac Valley Past Lee

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. -- Nya Borawski scored four goals and forced four turnovers Saturday to lead the Hoosac Valley girls lacrosse team to an 11-5 win over Lee at Monument Mountain.

 

Borawski also recovered a team-high seven ground balls and controlled five draws in the win.

 

Reagan Shea had a hat trick and assisted on a goal, and Cameron Lovato stopped five shots to earn the victory in goal.

 

For Lee, Ashley Sonsini scored four goals, and Tess Schaeffer stopped six shots.

 

The Hurricanes (3-9) host Granby on Tuesday.
