Wahconah Girls Lacrosse Takes Twinbill

DALTON, Mass. -- The Wahconah girls lacrosse team took a pair of decisions from Hoosac Valley on Friday, winning by scores of 13-5 and 15-8.
 
In the first game, Emmy Cote and Brittany Quinn each had a hat trick, and Katie Bachli made 15 saves to pace Wahconah.
 
Claudia Bresset scored three for Hoosac in the opener.
 
In Game 2, Jordan Peck led Wahconah with four goals, and Lily Howes had a hat trick. Bachli made nine saves to earn the win.
 
Hoosac’s Aubrey Rumbolt and Alie Mendel each had a hat trick.
 
Wahconah (15-3) plays Mount Greylock Monday in the rubber match of their three-game season series.
 
Hoosac Valley hosts Pittsfield on Monday at Cheshire Elementary School.
