Wahconah's Girls Lacrosse Downs South Hadley

DALTON, Mass. – Anna Doyle Monday scored four goals to lead the Wahconah girls lacrosse team to a 14-5 win over South Hadley.

 

Brooke Harrington and Danielle Hagmaier each had a hat trick in the win.

 

Mya Lee stopped four shots for Wahconah, which held the Tigers to just one goal after half-time.

 

“Overall solid defense that did a great job of limiting them to one goal in the second half,” Wahconah coach Kathy Budaj said. “Marissa Poirier and Rafaella Canino were instrumental in this great defensive effort.”

 

Wahconah (9-1) hosts Pope Francis on Wednesday.
