Wahconah Wins at Granby

GRANBY, Mass. – Anna Doyle had a hat trick and set up two goals to lead a balanced Wahconah scoring attack in a 17-6 win over Granby on Monday.

 

Olivia Johnson, Brook Harrington and Mia Thomas scored three goals apiece, and seven of Wahconah’s goals were assisted in the win.

 

“Great team effort looking for the next player,” Wahconah coach Kathy Budaj said. “Great defensive effort by Chloe DiFazio, and Mya Lee was solid in goal.”

 

Lee made nine saves to earn the win.

 

Wahconah (12-1) is at Mount Greylock on Wednesday.
