Perry Homer Helps Drury in Comeback Win

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Olivia Perry hit a three-run home run in a seven-run fifth inning for Drury as the Blue Devils came from behind for a 13-9 win over Mount Everett on Wednesday.
 
Perry also threw three innings of two-run relief to pick up the win in the circle for Drury, which trailed, 8-6, going into the bottom of the fifth.
 
Brooke Bishop doubled twice and scored three times, and Madison Saunders and Marley Brothers each had a pair of hits in a 10-hit Blue Devil attack.
 
Emma Goewey went 2-for-4 with a home run for Mount Everett. Julia Devoti was 3-for-4 with a double.
 
Maria Broderick went the distance in the circle for the Eagles, allowing just five earned runs.
 
Mount Everett (4-10) goes to McCann Tech on Thursday.
 
Drury (7-7) hosts Monument Mountain on Thursday.
