McCann Tech Tops Chicopee Comp

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Gabby Driscoll and Alexis Lemanski combined to strike out 11 hitters Thursday as the McCann Tech softball team beat Chicopee Comprehensive, 9-3.

 

Driscoll went three innings, giving up three runs, all unearned. Lemanski did not allow a hit and walked just one batter to earn the win in the circle.

 

Maggie Wohrle went 2-for-4 with an RBI in a six-hit attack for the Hornets.

 

Shaylee Lawson doubled and drove in a pair of runs.

 

McCann Tech (6-3) hosts Drury on Monday.
