Mount Everett Softball Wins in Connecticut

CANAAN, Conn. – Izzy Dolgin went 4-for-4 with a triple and three runs batted in Tuesday to lead the Mount Everett softball team to a 27-13 win over Housatonic Regional.
 
Celia Lennex and Josephine Waiveris each doubled in a 12-hit attack for the Eagles, who took advantage of 14 walks and four Housatonic errors to break a six-game skid.
 
Mount Everett broke the game open with 12-run innings in the fourth and fifth after trailing, 6-3, after three innings.
 
Emily Roskidany and Chloe Dousmanis split time in the circle. Dousmanis earned the win with one inning of relief work.
 
Mount Everett (2-8) hosts Gateway Regional on Thursday morning.
