Taconic Downs Monument Mountain

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Ella Stodden went 3-for-4 with three doubles Monday to lead the Taconic softball team to a 20-9 win over Monument Mountain.

 

Stodden drove in a pair of runs and scored three times at the top of Taconic’s lineup.

 

Kylie Duhamel went 3-for-5 with a double and four RBIs, and Makenzie Boody doubled and drove in four runs.

 

Maddie Harrington and Mollie Crawford each had two hits in a 14-hit attack for the Thunder.

 

Three Taconic pitchers combined on the five-inning win in the circle. Madison Barber gave up two runs in three innings of work.

 

Addison Kramek led the Spartans offensively, going 3-for-3.

 

Monument Mountain (1-2) is off until Thursday when it hosts Hoosac Valley.

 

Taconic (3-3) hosts Hoosac Valley on Tuesday.
