Easthampton Softball Edges Taconic in Seventh

EASTHAMPTON, Mass. -- A seventh-inning error allowed the Easthampton softball team to break a 2-2 tie and take a 3-2 win over Taconic on Monday.
 
The Eagles rallied with two in the fourth to tie the game after Taconic scored a run in the first and a run in the second.
 
Kiki Carrigan and Mary Lee combined to strike out six and scatter six hits for Taconic, which got a 2-for-4 day at the plate from Taylar Ostrander.
 
Taconic (4-2) goes to Lenox on Thursday.
