Wright Leads Way as Hurricanes Earn Road Blowout

BRATTLEBORO, Vt. – Gracelyn Wright went 4-for-5 with five runs batted in on Friday to lead the Hoosac Valley softball team to a 25-1, five-inning win over Brattleboro.

 

Alayna Shears went 2-for-5 with a double and three RBIs, and Danielle Glasier was 2-for-3 with three RBIs in a 14-hit Hoosac Valley attack.

 

Averie McGovern earned the win in the circle, striking out five and walking none.

 

Hoosac Valley (4-5) hosts Mount Greylock on Monday.
