Longmeadow Softball Rallies Past Wahconah

LONGMEADOW, Mass. – Delaney Schrager went 3-for-4 with a home run and a double Monday to lead the Longmeadow softball team to a 10-9, come-from-behind win over Wahconah.
 
Sydney Payson went 4-for-4 at the plate, and Marlee Arnhold was 3-for-4 with a home run and a double for Wahconah, which led, 9-3, after four innings.
 
“Tough loss to a very good Longmeadow team,” Wahconah coach Dustin Belcher said. “We will learn from this game, and it will make us better prepared for the tournament.”
 
Wahconah (13-3) goes to Lee on Tuesday.
