Monument Mountain Softball Downs Mount Greylock

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Lexi Carpenter went 3-for-4 with a pair of home runs and five runs batted in Saturday to lead the Monument Mountain softball team to a 22-8 win at Mount Greylock.

 

Jade Abderhalden was 4-for-5 with a home run and seven RBIs in a 16-hit attack for the Spartans.

 

Kelsey MacHaffie led Mount Greylock’s offense, going 3-for-4 with four RBIs.

 

The Mounties (5-13) wait to learn who they will play in the quarter-finals of the Western Massachusetts Class C Tournament.

 

Monument Mountain (13-3) finishes the regular season on Monday at home against Lenox.
