Mount Greylock Softball Falls at Franklin Tech
TURNERS FALLS, Mass. – Kylee Gamache went 3-for-4 with a home run and a double Wednesday to lead the Franklin Tech softball team to a 15-3 win over Mount Greylock in the Western Massachusetts Class C Quarter-Finals.
Kaleigh Jaros led the Mounties on offense, going 2-for-3 with a home run and a pair of RBIs. A.J. Pelkey also went 2-for-3, and Elin Reinhard doubled.
Jaros and Kyleigh Cooper split time in the circle for Mount Greylock.
The Mounties (5-14) will finish the regular season against an opponent to be determined.
Third-seeded Franklin Tech moves on to face Lenox, an 18-0 winner over Pathfinder on Wednesday.
