Sweet, Mounties Blank Turners Falls

MONTAGUE, Mass. – Kami Sweet struck out seven and allowed just one hit for Mount Greylock on Friday in a 12-0 win over Turners Falls.

 

Brodi Rosier went 3-for-5 with a pair of RBIs to lead a 10-hit Mount Greylock attack.

 

Emma Newberry went 2-for-4 with a double and two runs batted in. Audrianna Pelkey hit a double.

 

Mount Greylock broke a scoreless tie with three in the top of the third and put the game out of reach with six in the top of the seventh.

 

The Mounties (5-2) go to Hoosac Valley on Monday.
