Monument Mountain Softball Rolls Past Mount Everett

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. – Three Monument Mountain pitchers combined on a five-inning two-hitter Wednesday as the Spartans beat Mount Everett, 16-2.

 

Mya Dupont struck out five, walked three and allowed no hits in 2 and two-thirds innings.

 

Jade Abderhalden led the offense, going 2-for-3 with a triple and a pair of RBIs.

 

Andrea Paul and Sammy Ullrich each doubled.

 

Emily Gilmore and Aliyah Creamer each had a hit for Mount Everett (2-12), which goes to Taconic on Thursday.

 

Monument Mountain (11-3) goes to Pittsfield on Thursday.
