Pittsfield Softball Falls in D4 Tournament

UXBRIDGE, Mass. – Erin O’Day went 3-for-3 with a home run on Tuesday to lead the Uxbridge softball team to a 4-2 win over Pittsfield in the Division 4 State Tournament Round of 16.
 
O’Day also went the distance in the circle, striking out 11 while allowing one hit and no earned runs.
 
Ava McMahon allowed three earned runs in a complete-game effort for the Generals, who got a hit from Ella Bassi.
 
Pittsfield finishes its season with a record of 8-13.
