Pittsfield Softball Tops Smith Voc

NORTHAMPTON, Mass. – Gionnah Levardi struck out seven and allowed no earned runs Monday in a complete-game, six-inning effort as the Pittsfield softball team beat Smith Vocational, 17-4.
 
Levardi also went 3-for-5 at the plate to help her cause.
 
Mia DeJesus was 2-for-3 with a triple and five runs batted in, and Lexi Spratling doubled in a 14-hit Pittsfield attack.
 
The Generals (5-11) go to East Longmeadow on Tuesday.
