Julieano Hits Milestone in Lenox Rout

LENOX, Mass. – Lenox Memorial ninth-grader Evelyn Julieano went 2-for-2 with a double, including the 100th hit of her varsity career, as the Millionaires beat Gateway Regional, 27-1, on Friday.

 

Julieano walked three times and drove in a pair of runs at the top of the Lenox lineup.

 

Hailey Armold had a bit day at the plate with a home run, a double and six RBIs.

 

Lilly MacDonald and Lexi Witherell each had three hits in a 17-hit attack for Lenox.

 

Amaya Alger got a complete-game, five-inning win in the circle, striking out seven, allowing two hits and not giving up an earned run.

 

Lenox (8-0) goes to Westfield Tech on Monday.
