Alger Hits Milestone in Rout for Unbeaten Lenox

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Lenox sophomore Amaya Alger Monday tripled to record her 100th career hit and threw a five-inning no-hitter to lead the Millionaires to an 18-0 win over Putnam Vocational.
 
Alger struck out nine and walked three in earning the win in the circle.
 
At the plate, she was 2-for-4 with five runs batted in.
 
Evelyn Julieano went 4-for-4 and scored five times.
 
Grace Julieano was 2-for-3 with a triple, and Hailey Armold was 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles in a 13-hit attack for Lenox.
 
The Millionaires (15-0) go to Amherst-Pelham on Tuesday.
