Evelyn Julieano Powers Lenox in Tourney Opener

LENOX, Mass. – Evelyn Julieano went 4-for-4 with a home run, a double and six RBIs Wednesday to lead the Lenox softball team to an 18-0 win over Pathfinder in the Western Massachusetts Class C Quarter-Finals.

 

Amaya Alger went 3-for-4 with a double, and Hailey Armold doubled twice and drove in three runs in an 11-hit attack for the Millionaires.

 

Julieano went the distance in the circle, striking out four and scattering four hits in the five-inning win.

 

Second-seeded Lenox (18-0) advances to the regional semi-finals, where it will face Franklin Tech, a 15-3 winner over Mount Greylock on Wednesday.
