Evelyn Julieano Has Monster Day in Lenox Win

LEE, Mass. – Evelyn Julieano went 6-for-6 with a home run, a double and five runs batted in Thursday to lead the Lenox softball team to a 20-7 win at Lee.

 

Grace Julieano was 4-for-6 with a double and three RBIs, and Cassidy Flynn finished 4-for-5 at the plate. Amaya Alger was 3-for-5 with a double, and Lexi Witherell was 3-for-4 in a 27-hit Lenox attack.

 

Evelyn and Grace Julieano split time in the circle in the six-inning win. Grace earned the win with 3 and two-thirds innings of relief, allowing five earned runs.

 

Lexi Ciavola went 2-for-3 with a double for Lee, which also got a pair of hits from Kayla Clark.

 

The Wildcats (2-11) host Pioneer Valley on Friday.

 

Lenox (9-3) goes to Dalton on Friday to face Wahconah.
