Morgan Levesque went 3-for-3 with four RBIs on Wednesday to lead the Lenox softball team to its first win of the year, a 15-3 win over Springfield Commerce.

The Millionaires (1-4) went 1-1 on the day, dropping a narrow, 8-7, decision to Putnam.

Against Commerce, Lenox jumped out to a 4-0 lead after one inning and put the game away with two runs in the sixth to end the contest via the “mercy” rule.

Myah House and Claire Lynch each recorded two hits, and Lynch drove in three runs.

Levesque and Anna Lynch combined to earn the win in the pitching circle. Levesque struck out five in five innings of work.

Lenox hosts Monument Mountain on Monday.
