Mount Everett Downs Hampden Charter

SHEFFIELD, Mass. – Darius Taliaferro scored 26 points Friday to lead the Mount Everett boys basketball team to a 64-35 win over Hampden Charter.

 

The Eagles held the visitors to just eight points in the first half, taking a 28-8 lead into the locker room.

 

Trevor Leonard scored 11, and Guthrie Davis and Cam Coon added eight points apiece in the win.

 

Mount Everett (11-2) goes to Lee on Tuesday.
