Wicks Leads Hurricanes Past Lee

CHESHIRE, Mass. – Adan Wicks scored 26 points Friday to lead the Hoosac Valley boys basketball team to a 72-60 win over Lee.

 

Wicks scored 12 points in the first quarter, when the Hurricanes jumped out to a 26-12 lead.

 

Qwanell Bradley scored 19 points in the win.

 

Lee had three players in double figures, led by Joey Abderhalden with 18 points. Mason Lucy and Mitchell Keenan added 13 and 12, respectively.

 

The Wildcats (7-7) host Mount Everett on Tuesday.

 

Hoosac Valley (6-6) goes to Taconic on Tuesday.
