Abellie Leads Pittsfield to Hoophall Bracket Final

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Quincy Abellie scored 13 points Saturday to lead the Pittsfield boys basketball team to a 52-51 win over Niskayuna at Springfield Central in the Hoophall Invitational.

 

Bri’awn Thompson scored 12 on four of the Generals’ nine 3-pointers.

 

Noah Smalls added 10 points in the win.

 

Pittsfield (8-2) Sunday at 11:45 a.m. will be back at Central to face the winner of Saturday’s game between Bishop Hendrickson of Rhode Island and New York’s Chaminade.
